Discovering Yugabyte installations

Environment discovery/refresh is a process that enables the YugabyteDB connector to determine Yugabyte installation details on a host. Database discovery is initiated during the environment setup process. Whenever there is any change (installing a new database home) to an already set-up environment in the Delphix Continuous Data Engine application, environment refresh must be performed.
