How to change ORACLE_HOME

Prerequisites

• know the new ORACLE_HOME user and password

• know the VDB you want to change

• have delphix_admin privileges to the VDB

Procedure

1. Login to the Delphix management application.

2. Click Manage.

3. Select Datasets.

4. Select your VDB.

5. Select the Configuration tab. 

6. In the upper right-hand corner of the Source sub-tab, click the Actions menu (...) and select Upgrade.

7. Select the new Installation from the drop-down menu.

8. 

   Click Upgrade.
